Terms & Agreement – Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment information, you authorize National Testing Services LLC (NTS) to securely store your card details and immediately charge the card on file for your test order.

Please review the following terms:

Payment Timing
Your card will be charged at the time your order is submitted.

Test Scheduling
Tests are typically scheduled within 24 to 48 business hours after order submission.
Business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Example: An order placed on Friday may not be scheduled until the following Monday or Tuesday.
You will receive a confirmation once your test appointment is scheduled.

Refunds
A full refund will be issued if:
NTS is unable to schedule your test within the 24–48 business hour window, or
The test is canceled by NTS.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
All sales are final once payment is processed.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or rescheduling requests made by the donor.
Refunds are only available if the test is canceled by NTS or cannot be scheduled within the stated timeframe.

Secure Payment Storage
Your payment information is stored securely and processed in compliance with industry-standard data protection protocols.
