Terms and Agreement

TERMS & AGREEMENT

By submitting your payment information, you authorize National Testing Services LLC (NTS) to securely store your card details and charge the card on file for your test order.

Please review the following terms:


Payment Timing

Your card will be authorized at the time of submission, and the payment will be manually collected once your test has been scheduled.


Test Scheduling

  • Tests are typically scheduled within 24 to 48 business hours after order submission.

  • Business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

  • Example: An order placed on Friday may not be scheduled until the following Monday or Tuesday.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your test appointment is scheduled.


Refunds

A full refund will be issued if:

  • NTS is unable to schedule your test within the 24–48 business hour window, or

  • The test is canceled by NTS.


Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • All sales are final once payment is processed.

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or rescheduling requests made by the donor.

  • Refunds are only available if the test is canceled by NTS or cannot be scheduled within the stated timeframe.


Secure Payment Storage

Your payment information is stored securely and processed in compliance with industry-standard data protection protocols.


Agreement to Proceed

By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
