This package is designed for owner-operators (only owner and only driver) regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) – trucking companies and bus companies.
It offers excellent value as it covers all random testing for the calendar year. The price is per person, per calendar year. If purchased in the 4th Quarter, the payment will apply to the following year, with a prorated amount due for the current year.

DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Requirement (FMCSA)
You are required to enroll if you:

Hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or a similar license issued by Mexico or Canada, AND
-
Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) in any state
A CMV is defined as a vehicle:

With a gross vehicle weight rating/gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight rating/gross combination weight of 26,001 lbs or more, or
-
Designed to carry 16 or more passengers (including the driver), or
-
Of any size that is used to transport hazardous materials requiring placards
