DOT Physicals are available nationwide and are required for all CDL drivers operating a vehicle with:

A Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 10,001 lbs or more

What to Expect
This is a quick physical exam combined with a medical history questionnaire. During the exam, the medical examiner will also assess whether you are mentally, emotionally, and physically able to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV).
Exam Includes:

Urine dipstick test (to rule out underlying medical issues)
