This package is designed for drivers and other DOT-regulated employees who need random consortium enrollment to remain compliant with DOT regulations, but it is not for FMCSA. It meets the requirements of the FAA, FTA, FRA, PHMSA, and USCG, and includes enrollment into a random testing consortium, an enrollment certificate, MRO-certified testing results, required DOT employee education, and all random testing fees for the calendar year. Pre-employment testing is not included, and pricing is charged per person, per calendar year, with 4th quarter purchases applied to the following year and prorated billing available for the current year.
